In this materialistic world,
There is a rat race of possession like an emerald.
Hoarding, buying storing is all in the game,
We are all victims of our desires all so same.
We log in to see Twitter and the Facebook,
Who has more, what’s the new look?
We too should new all,
By hook or by crook.
All the precious items lure us,
When we can’t buy we make a fuss.
Alas! None of us work on inner peace,
Alienating from these items wants we should cease.
And somewhere we get lost,
We want a house, car, and position at any host.
Not pondering over what we loose,
Oh, we want to plug in our despair fuse.
Building houses most beautiful to see.
Resulting into cutting of trees,
Not wondering on disturbing the ecosystem,
Too busy to decorate our desire as a custom.
Its good to be ambitious,
But the road we choose, we should be cautious.
Have you ever been to a graveyard?
Your baggage is left when you are buried.
So lessen you want and enrich,
In everyone world, you should be rich.
When there is not expectation,
You are not victim of any frustration.
Just be calm,
You will glow with charm.
Keep your desires few,
Build up a new you … a new you
