There was flood all over the place,
My house was water logged, there was no space.
As I swam to reach my home,
I found all my precious things floating alone.
Little did I realize the tragedy of my live,
With no money, no documents to survive.
Struggling I took a couple of things,
I tried to reach a safe side with a rope cling.
The disaster left me battered and devasted,
I knew not how to start, I felt frustrated.
In the refugee camp I met a gentleman
Who extended a helping hand?
I worked for his jam company day and night,
I was settled in my life’s fight.
The local products were soon appreciated,
It increased the profits, customers captivated.
I was now a partner on profit sharing,
Inventing new products, which were luring?
Gradually I was owner on one company,
I helped the needy, asking them to accompany.
By now I was known and worked hard,
Motivating the depressed, engaging them was on my card.
My survival from hard times to glory,
Motivated all poor, downtrodden as success story.
So remember your hard ships can be someone’s survival guide,
Hold hands of people, showing opportunity wide.
Its all about how you react to situation,
Those who struggle and win gets a standing ovation.
The magic is inside you,
Open the door of opportunities, BE YOU, BE YOU…
