MAKE WHITE WINTERS COLORFUL FOR OTHERS
We all love the white winters. We buy new clothes for Christmas and the best woollens we can wear and love to walk our way to the Christmas party, skiing, sledging, snow ball, snowman, cakes and chocolates. It’s the best festive season.
But on the flip side, we have millions of people who are scared of the winters. Their meager means are insufficient to buy woollen clothing for their family members. Sad but true. In the starting of November month, they fear that they may loose someone from the family in the approaching winters, so they shower their love for each other and spend as much time together. For these poor people it’s a nightmare for them to be able to clad in warm clothes. They dread to see the temperature running in minus. Some members take the toll and leave this world forever, leaving behind their loved ones, grieving in memories. The people who are lucky to survive this winter pray not to have the next winter so severe.
So while we buy Christmas flakes, bells, colored balls, a Christmas tree and other decorative things, lets pledge to pack our old woolens and distribute them among the poor who need them to survive in the winter. We can make a small effort to reduce such tragedy happening.
These priceless gifts can be cherished as memories memorable and while you transform into a Santa with your sledge laden with your beautiful gifts, you can hear the jingle all your life, asking God to give you a chance to do such deeds every Christmas…….
